Wayne Cimafranca Miller of Sherman Oaks, California, passed away at his residence on March 21, 2021 at the age of 42. He was born on June 23, 1979 in Killeen, Texas. Wayne attended St Joseph Catholic School then went on to Ellison High School of Killeen, Texas. He continued his college education at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
Wayne’s introduction to employment at Austin Krav Maga Studio inspired his interest in self-defense training. He further pursued several training sessions at Krav Maga WorldWide’s head studio in Los Angeles, California. He was a successful, gifted, and talented instructor who so proudly trained celebrities and medics. He contributed his wealth of knowledge during his travels to various countries in Europe to teach, certify, and share higher defense techniques to other major Krav Maga studios. Until his demise, Wayne remained loyal to his employer.
He enjoyed the delights of travel, both international and within the United States.
He frequently attended St Stephen Church with his mother during his visits to Salado, at the time of Father Charlie’s era.
He is survived by his mother, Nita Handorf; half-brother/sister, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Wayne’s memory will be cherished by all of his family and wonderful, dear friends, especially those at the Krav Maga Institution.
Services for Wayne will be Monday, April 5, St. Stephen’s Church Salado with Father Jude officiating. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 9:00 am, Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Salado Cemetery.
