Wanda Louise Schwake Obituary


Wanda Louise Schwake 76, died in her home in Salado, Tx on January 3, 2016. Services will be a visitation January 5th, from 5PM to 7PM at Broecker Funeral Home. Memorial service will be at 10:00AM, Wednesday, January 6th at the Salado United Methodist Church with Pastor Lara Whitley Franklin officiating. Burial will follow the service at Clover Hill Cemetery, Lott, Tx.


She was born December 4, 1939 to J. D. and Gladys McCreary in Falls County, Texas. Wanda was raised in Lott. She married Harold Lee Schwake on July 5, 1958. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her passion was Christmas Santa Claus’ where she would display over 700 in her home each year.


She is preceded by her parents, son Randall Randy Roy Schwake and a grandson Danny Lee Schwake.


She is survived by her son Harold Lee Schwake, Jr, two grandsons and 5 great grandchildren.
