Graveside services for Wade Eugene Rickard Jr. of Holland, TX will be on Thursday, 10 am, April 15 at Sunshine Cemetery, Holland, TX.

Wade (JR) passed away on the evening of Thursday, April 8. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Wade E. Rickard Sr., and Carolyn Hill.  JR spent the majority of his life in Holland, TX.  He was self-employed with Wades Lawn Care. Wade lived his life to the fullest and always enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially, his nieces and nephews.  JR loved to spend his time at the race track; cruising the backroads with the radio turned up; or bowling a game or two with Becky, his girlfriend.  

JR is preceded in death by his father; and, grandparents Gene and Helen Proctor.

He is survived by his son, Shane Hill; mother Carolyn Hill; step mother Debbie Rickard; sisters: Vickie Cosby, Teresa Rickard, Xenia Hill; brothers: David, Larry, Steven Rickard and David Weeks; nephews: Zachary, Jerad, Tyler, Christian, Peyton, Aaron, Brandon, Cutter and Aiden; niece, Avery plus many others who love him and will miss him dearly.

A visitation will be held at Broecker Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 14 from 6-8pm.
