Mr. Ramos died on Friday, November 9, at his residence in Salado.  He was 55 years old.  Tony was born on January 14, 1962 to Matias Sr., and Maria Ramos in Temple.  He married Maria Socorro Cruz in 1992 after a 5 year courtship.. 

Tony worked primarily in construction. His hobbies were volunteering in the community, watching John Wayne westerns, tending to animals and going to flea markets.

He is survived by his wife; sons, Miguel A. Gonzalez and wife Melissa, Edgar R. Gonzalez and wife Candie Bocanega, Tony H. Ramos, Jr., and Angel Villafranco; daughter, Kristina C. Ramos and  grandchildren Marissa C, Joseph X, Jacob A, Brianna G, Alex, Savannah L, Gabriel E  and Soribelle C; brothers, Frank, Joe, Matias Jr. and Martin Ramos; sisters, Mary Labra, Marcy Fuentez, and Martina Ramos. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Juanita Ramos and brother, John Ramos, nephew, Jesse Ramos and mother-in-law, Dolores Solano.
