Services for Robert “Bobby” Lee Patterson, 73, of Salado, Texas will be  Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Broecker Funeral Home Chapel in Salado, Texas with a viewing at 1pm, funeral service at 2pm and interment following the service at Salado Cemetery. 

Bobby passed away Thursday, May 14, 2020 in Temple, Texas after a lengthy illness. He was born on December 18, 1946 in Houston, Texas to Robert Archie Patterson, of Crockett, Texas and Lura Doris Hill, of Frolona, Georgia. 

Bobby attended Aldine High School in Houston, Texas, graduating in 1965. He also attended Blinn College. 

He was married to Sherry Davis Patterson since February 14, 2005 and lived in Salado for the last 16 years. 

Survivors include his wife, Sherry; daughter Jaime Patterson Bowers and husband, Peter of Fairfield, California; sister, Brenda Patterson Harvell of Houston, Texas, step-daughters: Heather Stewart Ables and husband Michael of Salado, Texas and Leah Davis Waters and husband Billy of Salado, Texas.

Grandchildren include Adam, Aeryn, Dean and Henry Bowers of Fairfield, California; Hayden, Brianna and Trey Waters of Salado, Texas.

Arrangements are being handled by Broecker Funeral of Salado.
