Graveside services for Ralph O. Powell will be, Saturday, September 27 at 1:00PM at Live Oak Cemetery, Youngsport. Chaplain Bruce Mercer will be officiating.
Mr. Powell was born May 9, 1924 in Marble Falls to Joe and Iva Powell. He graduated from Marble Falls High School and went into the Army Air Corp during WWII.
After being discharged, Ralph met and married Marcelle Adams March 16, 1946 in Shreveport, LA. He was always an entrepenur but spent most of his time raising longhorn cattle.
Ralph was a 65 year member of the Salado Masonic Lodge.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Billy Powell.
He is survived by his wife, two children, Michael R. Powell of Belton and Karen Tollefson of Belton, grandchildren, Regina Powell, Lynn Tollefson, Robin Sadler, Michael-Ann Powell, Alysa Joe Tollefson, Jack Marshall and Kenny Marshall. He has 7 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren
