Services for Karin J. Oaks, formerly of Salado, will be on Tuesday, September 20, 10:00 am, Salado
Historic Cemetery with Buddy Wald, officiating.
Karin died on Wednesday, September 7 in Pennsylvania. She was 79 years old. She was born in
Augsburg, Germany to Wilhelmine Jedamcig and Johann Mueller. She was an auditor with the
government and enjoyed driving in Autocrosses. She was a member of ABWA, Chisholm Chapter Salado
for many years and St. Stephen Catholic Church, Salado.
She is survived by her daughters: Elizabeth Wolf of Salado and Robin R. Oaks of Havre de Grace, MD;
four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her son, Roland Oaks and sister, Mina.
Services are in the care of Broecker Funeral Home of Salado.
