One thing Glenn loved in life was golf. After the Navy, he worked hard to earn his professional teaching certification. He was a golf Pro at the Mill Creek Golf Course where, for years, he taught those who sought out lessons, even family members. Glenn also enjoyed hosting clinics during the summer to teach younger kids the basics of Golf. If Glenn wasn’t teaching golf at the club, he enjoyed playing in his free time on teams, with friends, and with family. He loved all aspects of the sport and also trained and worked in golf club repair and customization.
Glenn was a longtime member of the Salado United Methodist church, where he was a devoted member of the church choir. Over the years he has had many performances, including Easter and Christmas cantatas.
