Geneva died October 14, 2012 after a lengthy illness. She was born in Prairie Dell to Nick England and Ezell McLean.
Geneva graduated from Salado High School, attended the University of Texas at Austin, and was past president of Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She was married to Gray Dameron Aiken of Salado on June 20, 1946 until his passing in January 1972.
She was employed as the general manager of the Stagecoach Inn Properties in Salado for more than thirty years. She was an active member of Prairie Dell Baptist Church, the board of the Central Texas Area Museum, the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, the Salado Historical Society and the Salado Ladies Auxiliary.
Geneva is preceded in death by her father, mother, brother Ray L. England and husband.
She is survived by two children, Jim Aiken of Burleson, TX. and Susan Aiken McKinney of Austin, TX., their spouses, five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a niece, Anne Sloan of Salado.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Central Texas Area Museum or Prairie Dell Baptist Church.
