Don Allamon, 78, of Buchanan Dam, Texas, passed Friday, April 10, 2015 He was born to the late Guy Edgar Allamon and Florence Kathleen Powers, Nov. 19, 1936, in Bell Plains, TX. After graduation from high school, Don worked to become a mechanic and truck driver which he did all his life. When he was not driving, he was managing his own repair business. Don is survived by three children: Bruce DeWayne Allamon, of Taylor Texas; Lori Lynn Allamon Tippie, of Georgetown Texas; and Bradley Doyle Allamon, of Georgetown Texas. He also is survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held at 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 14th at Broecker Funeral Home in Salado. Graveside Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 15th at Bell Plains Cemetery.
