Services for Dianna Williams 50, of Salado will be 10:00AM, Monday, March 5 at Salado United Methodist Church, Salado. Interment will follow the service at Bell Plains Cemetery. She died Friday, March 2, 2012 after a long battle with breast cancer.

Mrs. Williams was born to Robert Hamlin and Connie Peters in Dallas, Texas on September 26, 1961. She graduated from Mesquite High School and then was schooled abroad in England at London University.

Upon returning from England, she worked at the YMCA in Fort Worth, TX...

She has worked as a veterinary technician, dog groomer, certified scuba diver, sky diver and spent many years traveling around the world.

She was also an accredited life saver and swim instructor.

Dianna loved animals of all types often having many in the house and grounds of her home.

In March 21, 1992 she met and married the love of her life, Paul.

She is preceded in death by her father, mother and brother, Michael.

She is survived by her husband, 2 sisters, Cindy Meek, DeSoto, and Frieda May, San Marcos, 2 brothers, Harold Hamlin, Cedar Creek Lake and Steven Hamlin, Mount Pleasant, 2 daughters, Kassel Williams and Jennifer Hammond. She has 4 grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at the funeral home, Sunday, March 4, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
