Bill died on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at his residence. He was born on March 9, 1961 to Billy J. Copeland and Alfa Nelta Cantrell in El Paso, Texas.
kBill Joined the Air Force in 1980 and spent most of his service in Greece and Germany. He was discharged in 1989. Bill was an avid reader and enjoyed photography. Professionally, he was a radiology Technician for a local hospital for 23 years.
Survivors includ his son Bobby Copeland of China Springs and daughter Anna Copeland of Belton. Brother Donny Copeland of Waco and sisters: Gail Copeland Thompson of Waco and Jeri Copeland Ochoa of Hewitt and two grandchildren.
Bill is predeceased by his parents: son Jonathon Copeland of Belton and a sister Ronnie Rossiaky of Waco.
