Services for Amanda Hoffman, 23 of Salado, will be private. A Life Celebration for Amanda will be Saturday, June 15, from 2PM to 6PM at The Venue at Inn on the Creek, Salado.
Amanda died June 6, 2013 after receiving severe injuries from an automobile accident. She was born, November 17, 1989 in Temple to Diana K. Hoffman and John E. Hall. Amanda Hoffman was a 23 year old Spring 2013 graduate of Texas A&M University. She was enrolled to begin her first year at the University of Houston Law School this Fall. Amanda was best known for her vibrant, energetic and highly contagious personality. Amanda had a passion for all areas of fashion, writing, as well as all things wedding. She spent an entire summer writing for Southern Bride Magazine in Memphis, TN. She was just as talented when it comes to extreme sports. Amanda was a fierce competitor on the Texas A&M Waterski Team where she served as Club Captain for 4 years. She loved traveling and especially favored South Africa where she spent an entire semester at the University of Stellenbosch, while volunteering her time teaching children at the Kayamandi township. Amanda realized her goal of becoming a lawyer during her time with the local children. She saw this as the best way for her to benefit others in need. Amanda was an all around gifted person who was loved and cherished by anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. When you look up the phrase "live every moment to it's fullest" you will see Amanda Hoffman's name.

Philippians 4:8-9 Amanda is preceded in death by her grandfathers George D. Hoffman, Harry Hall, grandmother Marvel Hall and uncle Ron Hall.
Amanda is succeeded in death by her loving mother and father, as well as her grandmother, five uncles, a wonderful aunt and many cousins.
